Job Description

As a Web Designer & Developer (Webflow) at TH Media, you will be joining a small team that cares deeply about storytelling and delivering high-quality content marketing services to our small business clientele. In working closely with our Creative Lead and other team members, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining content-rich websites for local business clientele. This primarily includes service based websites, and some e-commerce.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Webflow
• Create wireframes and prototypes to showcase layout and design concepts.
• Ensure responsive design compatibility across all devices and browsers.
• Implement client feedback efficiently to deliver top-quality web experiences.
• Execute technical updates and troubleshoot issues
• Implement basic SEO best practices, including structured data, on-page enhancements, and performance improvements within Webflow
• Support website functionality and interactivity using Webflow's built-in tools
• Collaborate with our creative team and clients to bring brand identities to life on the web
• Stay current with design trends and best practices to keep our work fresh and engaging.

Qualifications
• Experience in web design (freelance, internship, or coursework)
• Basic understanding of Webflow (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Familiarity with design tools (i.e. Figma, Adobe XD)
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
• Interest in storytelling, branding and digital marketing
• Passion for seeing small businesses succeed

Nice to Have
• Experience with animations and interactions in Webflow
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (no deep coding experience required)
