About the Opportunity

We're on a mission to eliminate the mental health access gap by creating a platform that connects help-seekers with affordable mental health services. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a central role in building and optimizing our online presence to ensure accessibility and user-friendliness.

Your Responsibilities

Own the development, upkeep, and smooth operation of the Webflow-based Healwise.org website and associated web applications. Create visually appealing and fully responsive websites and web applications using Webflow and related toolkits, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.

You'll partner with the Product team on feature implementation, roadmap development, and ongoing speed, performance, and SEO optimization of Healwise.org. Apply the latest Webflow techniques and best practices to current and future projects to ensure the Healwise.org website remains modern, efficient, and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in Webflow
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integrating third-party services and APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
