Overview of the Role
Cypress HCM is a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our web marketing team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing web pages using Webflow, ensuring they align with design specifications and performance goals. You will also work closely with the marketing and analytics teams to integrate A/B testing results into the website, iterating designs based on performance metrics.
We are looking for a talented individual with strong knowledge of web accessibility standards and experience creating accessible web solutions. Additionally, you will need to have experience implementing scalable, reusable design components and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
