Mission:
The Webflow Engineer is responsible for supporting the technical aspects of transitioning client websites from WordPress to Webflow, maintaining the functionality and performance of WordPress sites during migration, and ensuring high-quality, optimized Webflow site setups. The role requires expertise in Webflow, advanced technical problem-solving, and the ability to manage ongoing technical requests efficiently.

Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Webflow, including building advanced CMS structures, implementing custom code, and optimizing for performance and SEO
- Strong understanding of website optimization techniques (SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong technical knowledge of implementing integrations, widgets, APIs, and embed code within Webflow
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier) and embed custom scripts or code to enhance Webflow site functionality

- Once a migration is complete, every Webflow site is fully functional, mobile-responsive, and optimized, leaving clients thinking, “Wow, JobNimbus really nailed it!”
