We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital System Manager. In this role, you'll lead our digital design system efforts, creating and maintaining enterprise-level design systems in Figma.

Key responsibilities include managing the development, maintenance, and distribution of Aon's Digital Design System, including managing Figma component libraries, coordinating with cross-functional development efforts, and delivering the Webflow publish.

As a member of our team, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to drive business outcomes and improve user experiences.
