Our current hire needs hand-holding too much and self evident things such as spacing to be told, and things repeated numerous times.

The ideal candidate is someone that can create a finished product that looks good, on brand and with minimal instruction, asks questions and can perform the task quickly and on short notice.

Some weeks there will be nothing to do, others there will be a couple of hours, and sometimes there may be more.
