SEO Expert for Continuous Site Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with proven experience optimising Webflow websites. This is a long-term, monthly engagement focused on continuous improvements across two brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical SEO background and a strategic mindset, capable of implementing both granular and broad SEO updates to drive sustained growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

✅ Technical SEO: Site structure, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and structured data implementation

✅ Webflow SEO Optimisation: Ensuring best practices are applied within Webflow’s CMS and design limitations

✅ Keyword Strategy & Content Optimisation:*Researching, analysing, and implementing effective keyword and content strategies

✅ On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and high-quality link-building strategies

✅ Ongoing SEO Updates & Refinements: Regular monitoring and adjustments to improve rankings, reach, and user engagement

✅ Monthly Reporting & Strategy Meetings:Providing clear insights, recommendations, and action plans based on performance data

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic

🔹 Deep expertise in Webflow SEO, including CMS-specific challenges and solutions

🔹 Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent tools

🔹 Experience with Australian markets and industry-specific SEO nuances

🔹 Ability to implement structured data, fix technical SEO issues, and optimise site performance

🔹 A proactive approach—comfortable identifying opportunities and taking initiative
