SEO Specialist for Site Optimization & Traffic Growth
We are seeking an experienced SEO specialist to join our team on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and delivering measurable results. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can provide regular, transparent reporting on all SEO activities and their impact.
Responsibilities:
Keyword Research and Strategy Development:
Assist in in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords relevant to our services and target audience.
Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve rankings and drive qualified traffic.
On-Page SEO Optimization:
Optimize website content, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and alt tags, for target keywords.
Improve internal linking structure for better user experience and crawlability.
Analyze and suggest updates for website pages to align with the latest SEO best practices.
Technical SEO:
Perform regular audits to identify and fix technical issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content).
Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.
Implement schema markup and other technical enhancements to improve search visibility.
Off-Page SEO:
Develop and execute a robust backlink-building strategy to improve domain authority.
Monitor and manage the backlink profile to ensure quality and relevance.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for link acquisition.
Content Optimization:
Collaborate with our team to identify content gaps and suggest blog topics to target key keywords.
Optimize existing content for improved ranking and engagement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide detailed monthly reports outlining:
Activities completed (on-page changes, technical fixes, backlinks acquired, etc.).
Website performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, etc.).
Progress toward SEO goals and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs to track and analyze performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO specialist, with a portfolio or case studies of successful projects.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
Experience with Webflow or similar website platforms is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide clear, transparent, and actionable reports.
