The Position: We're seeking a skilled Webflow Website Strategist who will be responsible for designing and implementing our website strategy, managing our Webflow agency, and optimizing SEO. This role requires hands-on experience in website management and collaboration with external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Websites Strategy, Management, & SEO: Design and implement our website strategy, UX, and conversion; collaborate with our Webflow agency and make updates when needed.
• Aquisition & Performance Marketing: Execute performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels; optimize CAC, audience targeting, and spend efficiency to maximize ROI.
• Marketing Ops & Funnel Optimization: Build automated dashboards and reporting to track paid media, website, and SEO impact; manage the integration of Webflow, Klaviyo, and analytics stack.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing (preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or a high-growth startup).
• Experience managing people (direct reports, agencies, or cross-functional teams).
