You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative web solutions that meet our clients' needs.

As a web developer at Elevate, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive web pages. Your expertise in Webflow will enable you to develop and optimize website pages that enhance user experience and performance.

You will be responsible for leading functional and backend development for all websites under Elevate's agency ecosystem, collaborating with marketers and designers, implementing interactive elements and animations, ensuring consistency in design and branding, and optimizing site speed and accessibility. You will also work with third-party integrations, CMS collections, and custom code when necessary.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000, and we offer a competitive benefits package.
