Full-Time Healthcare Site Designer/Developer
Webflow Designer / Developer – Full-Time, In-House (Healthcare Industry) – 3-Month Assignment (Possible Extension)
We are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our team and enhance our web presence. This full-time, in-house role involves creating, maintaining, and updating multiple Webflow websites and landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for visitor engagement, organic traffic, and ease of use.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and capable of simplifying complex ideas into clear, service-focused websites that align with our business needs. This role requires mandatory travel between our two office locations in Midtown NYC and Garden City, NY. Travel is compensated.
This is a 3-month assignment with the potential to extend after the initial period.
Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Full-Time, In-House).
• Mondays & Wednesdays in Garden City.
• Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays in Midtown NYC.
• Compensated Travel: Required between offices and for occasional site visits.
• Portfolio Required – Candidates must submit examples of previous Webflow work.
• Skills Test Required – A short practical test must be completed to be considered for the position.
What You’ll Do:
• Utilize Webflow to design and build responsive, visually appealing, and functional websites and landing pages.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet business objectives.
• Develop new landing pages tailored for paid traffic and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in both strategy and execution of website projects, ensuring they align with business and visitor engagement goals.
• Maintain, update, and optimize multiple Webflow websites to improve performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to simplify website structures and implement necessary updates.
• Ensure all sites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and ADA/WCAG compliant for accessibility.
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and UI/UX inconsistencies to maintain site quality.
• Participate in regular in-person huddles to discuss website strategy and priorities.
What We’re Looking For:Required:
• Strong Webflow experience – Must be proficient in building and maintaining Webflow sites.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor code customizations.
• Experience managing multiple websites and landing pages simultaneously.
• A problem-solver who can work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Preferred:
• SEO knowledge – Ability to optimize sites for organic search and performance.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and best practices for healthcare websites.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance tracking tools.
• Basic graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Canva) for minor website updates.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Previous experience working with healthcare or service-based industries.
