Front-End Developer & Site Redesign Specialist
Job Description
Our client is looking to hire a Webflow Designer - Front End Developer ASAP. This is to support a project initiative in which they are moving their external website platforms to WebFlow.
In this role, youll work closely with the Manager of Brand, Web & Creative and a small project team to design and build multiple websites for a leading energy infrastructure company.
This position requires a strong eye for design, extensive Webflow experience and solid front-end development skills. Youll play a key role in bringing our brand to life online, ensuring a modern, engaging, and user-friendly web experience. Additionally, youll help develop transition documents and training materials to empower others to manage the sites moving forward.
What Youll Do:
Design and develop high-quality, visually compelling websites in Webflow.
Translate wireframes, brand guidelines, and creative direction into polished, interactive web experiences.
Develop robust design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Collaborate with the team to refine UI/UX and enhance usability.
Implement animations, interactions, and front-end functionality as needed.
Create transition documentation and conduct training to support knowledge transfer at the end of the contract.

Skills and Requirements
Expert-level Webflow experience (portfolio required)
Strong UI/UX design skills and a sharp eye for detail
Solid front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
Experience working within brand systems and design frameworks
Understanding of accessibility best practices Graphic design experience
Experience with customers in the engineering, utilities or similar industry null
