Job Description
CloudEagle is hiring a Webflow Developer to build and manage our marketing web properties. You will work closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. You’ll work closely with our team to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.
Responsibilities
• Work with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
• Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
• Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
• Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning
• Collaborate with content, design and product teams.
• Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.
• Understand buyer journey, persona and blockers based on scroll depth, click patterns and path analysis.
Preferred Skills
• 6 months to 2 years in a full-time creative environment as a webflow developer.
• Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Understanding of SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
• Expertise in evolving web standards and best practices
• Experience with user testing, A/B testing, and collecting/reporting data
• Expertise in Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts)
• Proficiency with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Expertise in responsive layouts
• Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
