• Job Description:*

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with expertise in Webflow to join our web marketing team. This role is integral to ensuring our website is not only visually appealing but also functional, scalable, accessible, and aligned with our brand identity.

You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to implement A/B testing results, improve web accessibility, and create scalable, responsive, and repeatable design systems.
• Key Responsibilities:*
• Develop and optimize web experiences for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
• Work with the marketing and analytics teams to integrate A/B testing results into the website, iterating on designs based on performance metrics.
• Ensure all web pages meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1), providing an inclusive experience for all users.
• Create scalable, reusable design components that align with our branding and UX guidelines.
