The One Tribe (www.theonetribe.com) is a wellness space and growing community for moms, and we're looking for a skilled UX/UI designer or agency to lead the redesign and migration of our website from Drupal to Webflow.

Our goals:

1. Create a more functional and intuitive UX that reflects our services and better serves our community

2. Redesign the current site, including the addition of 2 new pages and 3 new sections within existing pages

3. Ensure seamless integration of website design with our new CRM and booking system, Momence, as we transition away from MindBody

4. Collaborate with our SEO expert to minimize negative SEO impact during the migration

What we’re looking for:

1. Strong Webflow experience with a portfolio of live Webflow websites

2. Proven UX/UI expertise, especially in user-centered design

3. Ability to adapt and design website flows that align with Momence integration (experience with Momence is a big plus)

4. Ability to work collaboratively with our internal team and SEO consultant
