We need an experienced Webflow developer to fix our site's performance issues, primarily improving FCP (First Contentful Paint) and LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) as identified by PageSpeed.dev. The site currently loads very slowly and needs optimization.

• Optimize Webflow site speed (improve FCP & LCP)

• Identify and implement fixes for performance bottlenecks

• I can provide WebP images if needed

1. Additional Tasks (Optional / Follow-up Project)

• Create a new hero section (possibly with embedded video, but open to suggestions)

• Improve form component UX

• Clean up some existing components for consistency and usability

• Create a new component for displaying filtered list collections

• Create two new CMS collections
