We’re an early-stage AI SaaS company preparing for pre-launch. Our platform is being built using Chainlit and is designed to help businesses improve and automate a key decision-making process.

We’re now ready to build a conversion-focused marketing site in Webflow to:

Collect early adopter sign-ups

Present our concept clearly and professionally

Visually demonstrate how the product will work through animations and mockups

We’ve selected Webflow templates that align with our aesthetic and are looking for a developer who can handle both the site build and the custom visual elements.

🔧 Scope of Work:

We’re looking for a Webflow expert who can take full ownership of the following:

Customize and build a Webflow site using a SaaS or AI-style template (template will be provided or agreed on together)

Create animated mockups or visual demos of our product (based on UI flows or rough sketches — product is not yet live)

Replace existing template visuals with engaging product previews and interactions using Lottie, Webflow Interactions, or similar tools

Set up basic conversion tools, including:

"Join Waitlist" or “Get Early Access” form

Placeholder sections for lead magnets (to be finalized post-launch)

CRM or email platform integration (or simple Google Sheet for now)

Optimized CTA sections throughout the site

Ensure responsive design for mobile and desktop

💼 Requirements:

Proven Webflow experience (especially with SaaS or AI-style websites)

Experience creating or customizing animated product mockups or UI previews

Familiarity with conversion design best practices (strong CTAs, form placement, etc.)

Ability to work from concept descriptions or simple wireframes and transform them into high-converting visual content

Clean, professional design style that communicates trust and innovation

You cannot show examples of animations or UI mockups

You are unfamiliar with Webflow animations or integration of lead capture forms

Sample user flows and early UI references

Content and messaging

Form tool or CRM of choice for integration (e.g. Tally, Mailchimp, Airtable, or Google Sheets)

First live version: within 2–3 weeks

Final tweaks and polish shortly after
