SEO-Focused Redesign Developer
Project Overview:
We need a Webflow developer to finalize the migration of Topathome.co.uk to its redesigned Webflow version. CMS content (blogs, product/service pages, etc.) has already been transferred to the new project, but the developer will need to:
Ensure the migrated CMS data aligns with the new design (Figma).
Preserve SEO integrity (meta tags, URLs, redirects).
Complete technical setup, testing, and launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Implementation:
Build/refine Webflow pages to match the Figma design, ensuring CMS content displays correctly in the new layout.
Adjust dynamic CMS templates (e.g., blog posts, service pages) to match the redesign.
SEO Preservation (We can provide a list of the current keywords we rank for):
Audit existing metadata, headers, and URLs to ensure consistency with the old site.
Implement 301 redirects for any URL changes (e.g., if page slugs differ between old and new CMS structures).
Verify alt tags, internal linking, and schema markup.
CMS Content Validation:
Confirm CMS fields (e.g., titles, descriptions, images) are properly mapped to the new design.
Fix formatting issues (e.g., broken text styles, image galleries).
Technical Setup:
Connect domain, configure DNS settings (if moving to Webflow hosting).
Ensure Google Analytics and other tracking scripts are reinstated.
QA & Launch:
Test responsiveness, broken links, forms, and interactions.
Optimize page speed (compress images, lazy loading, etc.).
