Who We're Looking For 🎨

We need a high-level, multi-skilled Webflow Designer who is not just a Webflow expert but also:

✅ Understands Figma for wireframing & prototyping

✅ Has experience in After Effects for custom animations

✅ Knows Premiere Pro or a similar tool for light video editing

We don't want someone who overpromises and underdelivers or only specializes in one thing—we’re looking for a true creative powerhouse who can take a project from concept to execution without needing multiple people in between.

This is a long-term contract role that could lead to full-time hiring if you prove yourself as a creative visionary who brings ideas to the table, executes, and innovates continuously.

What You’ll Do 🛠

✔️ Design and build high-end Webflow pages based on our branding, animations, and UX needs

✔️ Use Figma to prototype & collaborate on page layouts

✔️ Use After Effects to create engaging web animations

✔️ Do light video editing (cutting, formatting, optimizing for Webflow)

✔️ Work directly with the founder on creative direction

✔️ Push boundaries—we don’t want "just another Webflow site"; we want cutting-edge, next-level designs

Must-Haves ✅

🚀 Expert-level Webflow experience (including CMS, animations, responsiveness)

🎨 Strong Figma skills (for layout and wireframing)

🎬 After Effects animation experience (for interactive web elements)

📹 Basic Premiere Pro or similar video editing skills

📢 Strong English communication (Must be comfortable on video calls)

🎥 Must be willing to do video calls—no camera, no deal
