Webflow Designer & Front-End Developer (Contract)

We’re looking for a talented Webflow Designer & Front-End Developer to join our team for a minimum of six months. This is a hybrid role, meaning you'll split your time between working remotely and collaborating in-office.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Manager of Brand, Web & Creative and a small project team to design and build multiple websites for a leading energy infrastructure company.

This position requires a strong eye for design, extensive Webflow experience and solid front-end development skills. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life online, ensuring a modern, engaging, and user-friendly web experience. Additionally, you’ll help develop transition documents and training materials to empower others to manage the sites moving forward.

What You’ll Do:
• Design and develop high-quality, visually compelling websites in Webflow.
• Translate wireframes, brand guidelines, and creative direction into polished, interactive web experiences.
• Develop robust design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with the team to refine UI/UX and enhance usability.
• Implement animations, interactions, and front-end functionality as needed.
• Create transition documentation and conduct training to support knowledge transfer at the end of the contract.

What You Bring:
• Expert-level Webflow experience (portfolio required)
• Strong UI/UX design skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Solid front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
• Experience working within brand systems and design frameworks
• Understanding of accessibility best practices
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within project timelines
