UX/UI Designer for Website Optimization

We are Strategyzer, a global leader in business model innovation, and we are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer with Webflow expertise to help us improve our website and digital marketing assets.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Develop in Webflow – Create and refine website pages in Webflow, ensuring high-quality design and smooth user experience.

• Marketing Asset Creation – Design digital assets in Figma & Canva, including ad banners, CTAs, one-pagers, and social media graphics.

• Conversion-Focused Design – Optimize landing pages for lead generation, engagement, and user experience.

• Brand Consistency – Ensure all materials align with our brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Design System Management – Maintain design components & templates for scalability and consistency.

• Collaboration & Feedback – Work closely with our marketing and content teams, iterate based on feedback, and deliver high-quality results.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven UX/UI experience in a B2B environment, with a portfolio showcasing website and marketing design.

✔ Strong Webflow expertise, including CMS structuring, animations, SEO best practices, and responsiveness.

✔ Proficiency in Figma & Canva for designing marketing assets.

✔ Understanding of conversion-driven design principles for lead generation and user engagement.

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle feedback constructively.
