WordPress to Mobile-Optimized Webflow Migration Specialist
I’m looking for an experienced Webflow developer to migrate my newly built WordPress site over to Webflow.
The site was finished less than 2 weeks ago by a friend who did a great job—but I’m unable to go back to them for minor updates, and I personally don’t know how to use WordPress. I'd much rather work in Webflow moving forward, where I can make small changes myself.
Important: This is not a full redesign. I want to maintain the same structure, layout, and overall look and feel. If you notice small areas to improve (especially for mobile responsiveness or performance), I’m totally open to that—just don’t rebuild it from scratch. There are 8-10 main pages.
Project Goals
Migrate the entire site (pages, layout, content, images, etc.) from WordPress to Webflow
Preserve the current design and structure as closely as possible
Fully optimize for mobile responsiveness and performance
Ensure the new Webflow site follows best practices (SEO, performance, accessibility, etc.)
Set up hosting and handle domain connection
Implement or suggest basic privacy/legal policy best practices
Provide light documentation or a short walkthrough so I can make future edits easily
Bonus if you can help with:
Suggesting small performance or layout improvements
Recommending better structure for Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or other legal basics
Providing light ongoing support for small future tweaks or questions
What I’d Like to Know From You:
When can you start and how long will it take to complete?
Can I come back to you for minor updates in the future (even paid ones)?
Are there any optimizations or improvements you’d recommend?
Do you follow best practices for things like performance, SEO, privacy, etc.?
Payment Preference
I’d prefer to pay a fixed project rate rather than hourly. I want the project completed quickly and efficiently, rather than it dragging out over time. Please include your fixed price when applying.
To Apply Please include:
A few examples of Webflow sites you’ve built or WordPress-to-Webflow migrations
A quick outline of your process
Your estimated timeline and total project cost
Whether you’re open to future paid updates or support
Thanks! Looking forward to working with someone who can handle this end-to-end so I don’t have to worry about it again.
