Event Marketing Specialist - Contract, HubSpot Expert

Flok, a fast-growing corporate retreat and events company, is seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing initiatives on a contract basis. We're looking for someone who can help streamline our marketing operations and create engaging content that reflects our core values of continuous improvement and delivering extraordinary care.

Required Skills & Experience:

Advanced HubSpot expertise (Email campaigns, blog posts, workflow automation, CRM management)

Proficient in Webflow (website updates and maintenance)

Strong design skills using Canva and Qwilr and/or similar

Experience with B2B marketing operations

Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail

Previous experience in events, hospitality, or SaaS industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Administration

Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns

Set up and maintain automated workflows

Create and manage contact lists and segmentation

Track and report on marketing metrics

Content Design & Creation

Design professional proposals and presentations using Qwilr or similar

Turn copy into beautifully designed marketing collateral using canva or similar

Maintain brand consistency across all materials

Website Management

Update and maintain website content using Webflow

Optimize landing pages for conversion

Ensure website content remains current and effective

Project Scope:

Duration: 3-6 months with possibility of extension

Hours: 5-10 hours per week (flexible)

Remote position

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

3+ years of marketing operations experience

Proven track record with HubSpot and Webflow

Strong portfolio of content designs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with B2B companies

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
