We’re looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. You must be up to date with the latest Webflow features, specifically variables, and able to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.

Requirements:

-Expert in Webflow, including new features like variables

Ability to convert Figma designs into Webflow while ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy

-Must be able to translate Webflow mockups into Webflow CMS fields as needed, ensuring a logical build of CMS collections and connections

-Familiar with GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) and able to implement smooth, high-quality animations in Webflow

-Strong attention to detail—able to make updates to existing Webflow websites without breaking other areas

-Proactive in suggesting improvements where it makes sense

-Comfortable with QA testing and fixing development bugs in a timely manner after the website build is complete

-Excellent communication skills—not afraid to ask questions, clarify requirements, and receive feedback during the QA process

-For this specific project: Website development requests may come in intermittently but must be completed by webflow developer within 1-2 days of receipt

-During the QA process, you will be invited to a pre-made bug tracking sheet to review and resolve issues. Invitations will be sent via email, and bug fixes must be completed promptly.
