I'm looking for an experienced Webflow developer to collaborate with me on a new website for my client – a specialist recruitment firm. This is a full design-to-build project: we’ll begin with designs in Figma, followed by a full Webflow build once designs are approved.

Scope of Work:

Collaborate on a polished and functional Figma design (responsive layouts, clean structure, minimal and modern aesthetic)

Build the site in Webflow with best-in-class performance, structure, and interactions

Set up CMS collections for repeatable content like team profiles and Insights/Events

Help implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO

Help with subtle transitions/interactions and lightweight animations

• Meet the Team (18 profiles)
• News, Insights & Events hub

Who I'm Looking For:

Proven experience designing and building Webflow websites

Strong Figma skills – you’ll collaborate on the design system and page layouts

A solid understanding of CMS, collections, and modular content systems

Detail-oriented, proactive, and good at working with feedback

Reliable and clear communication throughout
