WordPress to CSV Blog Conversion Specialist

Job Title

Convert 69 WordPress Blog Posts Into Rich Text CSV for Webflow

Description

We need a freelancer to export 69 blog posts from WordPress and format them for Webflow. You do not need to be a Webflow expert—we primarily need clean, Rich Text content that can be seamlessly imported into a Webflow CMS.

Requirements

• Export blog data from WordPress (title, slug, YouTube link, rich text content).

• Convert the content into CSV (or similar) with proper Rich Text formatting (headings, bold text, links, etc.).

• You can use Airtable (which we have set up) or any other preferred tool for preparing the content.

• Optimize the Rich Text content for clarity and organization if needed.

Challenges

• WordPress exports often mix HTML tags in a way that doesn’t directly fit into a Webflow import CSV.

• Ensuring the content preserves correct formatting (such as headings and paragraphs) in the CSV cell.

Pricing & Timeline

• We’re open to discussing your rate based on your approach.

• Please include a realistic timeline in your proposal.

How to Apply

• Briefly describe your process for exporting and formatting the data.

• Type “Jackson” at the end of your proposal to confirm you’ve read this post.
