Finista Site Development & Post-Launch Support
We are seeking a skilled WebFlow developer to build a brochure-style website for Finista, a private-label brand of Lincoln Sentry. The website will showcase Finista's cabinet hardware products, providing a dedicated brand experience that highlights the brand's identity, story, and market position. The website will serve as a tool for both selling to customers and enabling customers to sell the brand to their clients.
While we want your rock star development skills to build a great website, we also want you to take our simple, high level Figma mockup, and draw on your ideas and experience with WebFlow to build on and finesse the design and structure to achieve a great result.
As a critical project team member, you will be with us on the journey of the website design, build, marketing staff training and the go live, including post go-live support. Success is defined by a high quality visually appealing website, delivered on-time and on-budget, as well as a website that internal team members will feel confident administrating moving forward.
Key deliverables:
•fully functioning WebFlow-built website delivered as per brief.
• a CMS that enables internal stakeholders to edit website content eg. add additional pages, edit existing content, add documents and other media, edit locations, add case studies, etc.
• simple pre-launch CMS training session for Lincoln Sentry project team to enable website content changes as needed.
• post-launch support to fix any bugs, functionality issues, etc and documentation.

• A streamlined content experience with clear calls to action, such as downloading spec sheets, contacting for more information, or purchasing from the Lincoln Sentry website.

- Solutions/Application Pages:
o Examples of how Finista products can be used in various applications.

o Information on where to buy Finista products. Maps integration with location pins.

Development Timeline:
• Source Developer (14 April – 5 May 2025)
• Website Development (5 May – 20 June 2025)
o Build completed example (template) page and component for each page type.
o Show working examples of interactive elements.
• Review and Iteration of Example Pages (23 – 27 June 2025)
o Review design and content layout.
o Evaluate functionality readiness.
o Iterate on the pages as needed.
• Build Out and Populate Content (27 June – 25 July 2025)
o Replicate example pages for all required pages.
o Populate the site with prepared content, imagery, and PDFs.
• QA and Testing (25 July – 8 August 2025)
o Conduct internal testing on all functional items.
o Ensure design consistency and content accuracy.
• Migration to Production (11 August – 15 August 2025)
o Setup of hosting environment, DNS configurations, security measures, and backup procedures.
o Final internal walkthrough and approval from all key stakeholders.
• Official Launch (1 September 2025)
o Go-live of the website.
o Monitor performance post-launch.
• Post-launch Support and Transition (1 September – 30 September 2025)
o Provide one month of post-launch support to address any bugs, functionality issues, or minor tweaks.
o Ensure documentation for content updates and maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Project Manager: Oversees the project, maintains communication between teams, monitors progress, and ensures adherence to the timeline.
• Brand Manager: Provides and approves design assets, wireframes, content, and imagery.
• Digital Channel Manager: Reviews and approves site functionality, maintenance setup, and integrations.
• Contractor (Upwork Developer): Responsible for building the website, integrating all required functionality, conducting initial QA, and providing post-launch support.
Communication and Reporting:
• Weekly Status Meetings between the contractor and key internal stakeholders.
• Progress Reports: Regular updates will be shared via email, including completed tasks, upcoming milestones, and any risks/issues.
Developer post go-live support
• Post-launch Bugs: Ensure robust QA and allow a one-month post-launch support period to address any emergent issues.
