We're looking for a dedicated and talented Webflow Web Designer to become a key member of our growing team. The right candidate will primarily work in Webflow, with potential projects in Framer, helping us elevate our digital offerings and support more client work. Your expertise in crafting visually stunning, responsive, and user-friendly websites will be essential as we push forward with innovative and impactful designs.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather project requirements and align on design goals.
• Design, build, and maintain web pages with a primary focus on Webflow.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to showcase layout and design concepts.
• Ensure responsive design compatibility across all devices and browsers.
• Implement client feedback efficiently to deliver top-quality web experiences.
• Support website functionality and interactivity using Webflow's built-in tools, and Framer as needed.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices to keep our work fresh and engaging.
• Assist in creating branded digital assets, including banners and graphics, to enhance overall design consistency.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a portfolio that highlights strong work in Webflow (Framer experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality, user-centric designs.

Pay: $26.22 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Schedule:
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:
• Web design: 1 year (Preferred)
• CSS: 1 year (Preferred)
• HTML5: 1 year (Preferred)
