We are seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer to lead our brand team in creating engaging and effective web experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop responsive, user-friendly web designs that captivate our audience and drive engagement.

Your expertise in Webflow will play a crucial role in bringing our brand stories to life and ensuring a seamless integration of design and functionality.
Main Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality, responsive web designs using Webflow.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Create engaging illustrations and animations that add visual interest to our web pages.
• Monitor web analytics and participate in brainstorming sessions for website improvements.
• Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and visual standards.
About You:
• You have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• You have 7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative management.
• You have extensive experience in digital and print design, including web design (specifically in Webflow), social media, and advertising.
• You have a strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• You are a creative visionary with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• You are proficient in Webflow, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• You have a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers.
• You are proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of branding.
• You are passionate about the latest design trends and technologies.

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
