Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist & Website Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our website, managing our database, and integrating payment gateways.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Webflow, proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant coding languages. A minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, with a focus on the hospitality industry, is required.
About the Role:
• This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
• You will work independently as a contractor, collaborating with our cross-functional team to ensure seamless coordination.
• The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

• Website Maintenance:
• Apply the latest software and security patches.
• Monitor uptime, speed, and performance.
• Regularly review and address errors.
• Database Management:
• Ensure efficient database performance.
• Maintain data consistency during high transactions.
• Payment Gateway Integration:
• Manage and troubleshoot payment gateways.
• Adhere to relevant financial regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS).
