Responsive Website and Email Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow professional to join our team. As a Webflow expert, you will work closely with an art director and account manager to deliver high-quality, responsive websites and email templates that exceed client expectations.
About Lightboard
We are a design service that provides quality craftsmanship to established brands and innovative companies. Our approach is centered around delivering high-quality design quickly and efficiently, without the need for a full-service creative agency.
About the Position
Our customers are increasingly migrating from WordPress to Webflow, and we need help redesigning and rebuilding their sites. In most cases, developers work under the guidance of an art director from approved mockups, but we're particularly interested in candidates with a keen eye for design.
Most of our clients are B2B companies, and the websites typically consist of a home page, features page, pricing page, and a few content pages. We also build email templates using builders like Marketo, Hubspot, or Mailchimp, and sometimes conversion-optimized landing pages in Unbounce or Instapage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, responsive websites and email templates that meet client expectations.
• Work closely with an art director and account manager to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a solid understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure best-in-class products.
• Develop email templates using hand-coded techniques as well as builders like Hubspot and Marketo.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience with Webflow and WordPress.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with email templates, including hand-coded and builder-based designs.
• Superb communication and time management skills.
What We're Looking For:
• Dedication to quality of craft in all things.
• Curiosity about web technology and interest in learning new platforms and languages.
• Attention to detail so acute you've found two typos in this post and noticed that the mobile breakpoint isn't quite right.
• Full-time freelancer based in the United States.
How it Works:
• 10-40 hours per week, working remotely.
• Our account managers manage client feedback, budgets, and workflow.
• Art director provides mockups and design direction.
