Base pay range$34.00/hr - $46.00/hr
Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, visually compelling websites in Webflow
Translate wireframes, brand guidelines, and creative direction into polished, interactive web experiences
Develop robust design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance
Work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
Collaborate with the team to refine UI/UX and enhance usability
Implement animations, interactions, and front-end functionality as needed
Create transition documentation and conduct training to support knowledge transfer at the end of the contract
Requirements
Experience working within brand systems and design frameworks
Understanding of accessibility best practices
Solid front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
Expert-level Webflow experience (portfolio required)
Strong UI/UX design skills and a sharp eye for detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently within project timelines
