We are looking to hire a skilled front-end Webflow developer to build responsive, accessible websites for our clients across a variety of industries. Working together with our Design, Digital and Client teams, your responsibility will be to translate designs into sites with advanced animation, interaction and functionality. Responsibilities: •Oversee the development and maintenance of websites on Webflow •Convert mockups and wireframes into working websites •Maintain, update and troubleshoot websites •Ensure compatibility across browsers, devices and operating systems •Integrate accessibility best practices •Manage and maintain domains •Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends relevant to creating best-in-class web experiences Requirements: •Proficient in Webflow development •Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript •Experience integrating external libraries for advanced functionality •Proficiency in Figma (advanced in prototyping and variables states a plus) •Experience building digital design systems, responsive layouts, use of variable type •Experience designing digitally for accessibility •Experience with Google Analytics •Experience in web animations, motion design with SVGs, Data visualizations a plus •Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences •Experience building multilingual sites is not required, but helpful •Experience with WordPress is a plus $125,000 - $150,000 a year commensurate with experience Joele Frank values diversity and inclusion.
