We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop to be part of our Developer Productivity Pillar. You’ll be directly responsible for how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value to our customers. This year, we have exciting opportunities to help drastically reduce cycle time by 50% or more for Webflow engineers!

Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments.
Define and enforce development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Spearhead the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions.
Mentor junior members of the DevOps team, fostering their growth and knowledge in DevOps principles and technologies.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production environments.
Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and technologies, evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance the development workflow.
Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.

Possess a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS.
Excel in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes.
Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions that meet business requirements while leveraging modern DevOps practices.
