SEO Specialist for In-Office Hybrid Design Role

What you'll do:
Provide in-depth SEO audits
Analyze websites to identify organic improvements
Troubleshoot complicated SEO issues
Be able to optimize local and nationwide SEO for our clients
Provide structured data markup for websites
Build XML sitemaps and robot.txt files to improve crawl performance
Identify page speed deficiencies and provide recommendations to remedy
Monitor websites for SEO performance and required updates
Analyze organic KPIs and create a long-term strategy for growth
Assist in developing and prioritizing roadmaps to fix SEO components
Resolve SEO priorities by working with our web development and digital marketing teams
Must have:
3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience
Experience managing SEO from small to large websites
Proficiency with WordPress
Proficiency with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
Google Analytics Certified with experience in Google Tag Manager
Strong experience with SEO tools, including Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and AHrefs
Good knowledge of schema.org and JSON-LD
In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, up-to-date techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound web development
People skills and ability to explain complicated aspects of the build to clients.
Task, documentation, and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Ability to think logically and develop practical SEO recommendations for client websites to support their marketing strategies and efforts
Follows industry trends and is passionate about SEO
Bonus points if you have the following:
Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization
Fast learner and work with minimum supervisions

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Following Search Engine Optimization Guidelines when creating new pages
Using Google Webmaster Tools to analyze keywords and fix any errors
Manage Google AdWords and Analytics
Manage Google Local, Yahoo, Bing and other Directories
Optimize WebPages
SEO Research and Analysis, Implementation and Reports
Check Website Ranking
Work closely and cohesively with clients, web developers, content writers, marketing, and other contributors to ensure project release on-time
Responsible for meeting set goals and deadlines as determined by management
