We are seeking skilled Webflow designers to assist with website design projects for our clients in 2025. You’ll be responsible for taking the wireframes, brand strategy, and content we provide and transforming them into well-designed, responsive websites using Webflow.

The design process will be straightforward: we provide the layout, content, and wireframes—you bring the creative expertise to implement the design within Webflow. If you are passionate about designing websites that align with client goals and create excellent user experiences, this is the opportunity for you!

-- Desired Skills and Experience --

• Webflow (primary skill): Proficient in designing responsive websites using Webflow

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-friendly websites

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop (optional but a plus)

• Ability to work within an established design framework

• Portfolio: Showcase previous Webflow projects (ideally including homepages and landing pages)

As part of the application process, you will be required to complete a test project. The test will involve designing a homepage based on provided wireframes, content, and brand strategy. This will help us assess your Webflow skills, design quality, and ability to follow the structure we provide.

Our test project will be paid for your time to vet your skills. Once you pass the test, starting website design compensation is $800 per project. Please note that compensation for the test project will be discussed separately.

• Wireframes: Layout and structure for the homepage and other key pages.

• Brand Strategy: Brand guidelines and design direction.

• Content: All copy and images required for the site.

You just need to focus on transforming these elements into a responsive, visually appealing website using Webflow.

• Test Project: Estimated time to complete is 5-10 hours. You will have 5 days to complete the test project. Extensions are available if needed.

• Client Projects: After passing the test project, we aim to keep projects within the 2-3 week range for a full website, with the homepage being prioritized first.
