PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are a small business seeking a skilled Webflow developer to customize the Beco template (beco-128.webflow.io/) and launch a professional services-focused website tailored to our needs (this is not an ecommerce website).

The project involves light customization of the template, setting up integrations with Mailchimp and HubSpot, and enabling analytics for tracking key KPIs. This RFP is for the core project only, with follow-on work later as the project progresses.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. WEBSITE CUSTOMIZATION

• Pages: Customize the following pages based on the Beco template:
  • Homepage (see Home 2 in Beco Template)
  • Services Summary & Detail Pages

(NOTES: Phase 1 is a single template. Future phase includes +3 templates)
• Case Studies Summary & Detail Pages

(NOTES: Phase 1 is a single template. Future phase includes +2 templates)
• Blog Summary & Detail Pages (1 template)
• Contact Page (1 template)
• About Page (Will combine company information and team summary)
• Custom Landing Page Template(s) that integrate with HubSpot and Mailchimp

(NOTES: Phase 1 is a single template. Future phase includes +2 templates)
• 404 Page
• Terms and Conditions Page

• Branding: Apply our brand colors, typography, and logo.

• Content: Use placeholder images and text where applicable (final content will be handled by our creative team).

• Responsive Design: Ensure seamless functionality on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Language: Site will be in English only; no translation or multi-language setup is required.

1. INTEGRATIONS

• Mailchimp: Integrate forms for email signup and list management.

• HubSpot: Integrate forms and workflows for lead generation and tracking.

1. TRACKING & ANALYTICS

• Set up Google Analytics or Webflow’s native tracking.

• Future phase will include more detailed event tracking to measure:
  • Primary KPIs (e.g., lead gen, service interest, etc.).
  • Secondary KPIs (e.g., downloads, subscriptions, other form submissions, traffic growth, etc.).

1. PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION

• Basic SEO optimization: Generate and configure sitemap.xml, robots.txt, URL-friendly page structures, appropriate headings, and meta tags.

1. LAUNCH

• The site is already hosted on Webflow, so there is no need for migration from another platform or hosting setup.

• Ensure all content and features function correctly when switching from the current template to the new template.

1. POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT

• Provide a short training session or documentation for basic Webflow management (e.g., editing pages, adding resources – Loom videos are sufficient).

• Offer a 14-day bug-fix period after site launch.

1. COOKIE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT

• The website must include a cookie banner and policy compliant with U.S. regulations (e.g., CCPA), enabling users to accept, manage, or opt-out of cookies, etc.

DELIVERABLES

1. Fully customized and functional website based on the Beco template.

2. Integrated Mailchimp and HubSpot workflows.

3. Analytics and tracking setup.

4. Responsive design with placeholder content for final updates.

5. Partial deliverables for key pages (e.g., Homepage, Services Summary, Contact Page) to allow for design pivoting before completing all pages.

6. Post-launch documentation for site management (e.g., Short Loom videos).

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and collaborative skills to guide and refine project requirements.

• Ensure clarity and alignment throughout the process before development begins.

• Demonstrated experience customizing Webflow templates.

• Familiarity with Mailchimp and HubSpot integrations.

• Demonstrated ability to implement responsive, professional designs.

• Expertise in building mobile-first websites optimized for seamless functionality across mobile, tablet, desktop, wide-screen devices, and "very" wide-screens.

• Must be an expert in CSS and HTML, with a deep understanding of implementing custom styles and resolving advanced layout challenges.

• Implement a universal control system for stylization:
  • Use an EM-based stylesheet to centralize text styling across the website, including headers, paragraphs, bullets, and line spacing.
  • Ensure all styling overrides for specific pages are implemented as sub-styles, maintaining linkage to the master universal style for consistency and easy updates.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Provide 2-3 links to live Webflow projects you have worked on.

2. One link from above should include an integration with HubSpot or Mailchimp.

3. Provide a brief description of your role and the challenges addressed for each project (2-3 sentences per project).

4. Provide a short video where you will introduce yourself and explain your experience with projects similar to this one.

5. Confirm your availability for project completion within 2-3 weeks from start date for Phase 1.

6. Provide an estimated cost for the project.
