What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Building Sites from Figma – You get a Figma design, and within hours (not days), it's live and looking flawless.

✅ Fixing Bugs & Tweaks FAST – If something’s broken, you don’t just fix it—you prevent it from breaking again.

✅ Ensuring Mobile & Cross-Browser Perfection – No janky mobile experiences, no misaligned elements on Firefox.

✅ Using Webflow CMS Properly – You structure collections cleanly, so scaling content is easy.

✅ Understanding & Implementing Custom Code – You don’t need to be a JS expert, but you should know how to tweak and implement scripts when needed.

How You’ll Prove It (Before You’re Hired):

1️⃣ Take a simple Figma file we provide and build it in Webflow (we’ll give a short test project).

2️⃣ Send 3-5 Webflow sites you’ve built (live links, no screenshots).

3️⃣ Show us examples of bug fixes you’ve done (before/after Loom preferred).
