We're looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with updating and optimizing our property listings on Webflow CMS. Our website has experienced slow performance due to large image sizes, and we need your help to resolve this by resizing, compressing, and uploading optimized images alongside data entry.

Scope of Work

Image Optimization:

Resize approximately 25 images per listing to improve website speed.

Images should be resized to 75% of their original size while ensuring quality is maintained.

Preferred file formats are JPG or AVIF (recommended for better compression without quality loss).

Each listing will have a designated thumbnail, which will be marked and labeled for easy identification.

Existing Listings (7 Units):

These listings are already published on Webflow CMS.

The task here is to update the images only — no text or data entry required.

New Listings (10 Units):

Full data entry is required for these listings.

Information has been compiled in a Google Sheet, which contains all the property details, descriptions, and specifications that need to be added.

"Buy" Listings Duplication:

After completing the updates for the 17 existing listings, you will need to duplicate each listing and modify certain details to change the format from "Rent" to "Buy."

The updated details for these "Buy" listings will also be available in the Google Sheet.

Additional Information

The Google Sheet will be shared, clearly outlining the text-based information for each property.

A Zipped Folder will be provided with all property images, including instructions on which image to use as the thumbnail.

Our current Webflow setup already includes 7 published listings, and these will need their images updated.

The freelancer may suggest improvements to text content where relevant for SEO purposes — particularly for the Thumbnail Alt Description, Meta Descriptions, and Title Tags. This is encouraged but not mandatory.
