We are looking for an experienced Webflow designer & developer to completely redesign and rebuild our real estate firm’s website. This will be a high-end, tech-forward website incorporating interactive elements (videos, animations, pop-ups, dynamic content) to enhance user engagement.

The website should reflect sophistication, credibility, and strong investor appeal while clearly communicating our investment strategy, portfolio, and impact in affordable housing.

Scope of Work:

Full Website Redesign

• Develop a modern, interactive, and visually compelling website using Webflow (we have wireframes of how we would like each page to look).

• Align design aesthetics with tech-forward, institutional-quality investment firms.

• Incorporate animations, interactive visuals, dynamic content, and hover effects.

• Ensure the site is mobile-responsive and optimized for fast performance.

Content & Structure:

• Implement core pages (Home, Portfolio/Case Studies, Investment Strategy, About Us, Articles/Blogs/Podcasts, Contact Us).

• Create visually engaging sections such as:

• Bold Headline & Value Proposition (e.g., “Transforming Distressed Housing into Thriving Communities”).

• Investment Process & How to Get Started (Simple, investor-friendly flow).

• Portfolio Highlights & Case Studies (Before/after images, performance metrics).

• Call-to-Actions (CTAs) for Investor Engagement (e.g., “Schedule a Consultation,” “Start Investing”).

Migration from SquareSpace to Webflow

• Improve structure, SEO, and design.

• Ensure smooth functionality & no broken links post-migration.

• Redirect old URLs to maintain SEO ranking.

• Integrations & Functionality Enhancements

• Contact Forms & Lead Capture Mechanisms (Possibly include a gated resource for email collection).

• Social Media & CRM Integrations (e.g., LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or others as needed).

• Embedded Videos & Podcasts (Content from our investor resources section).

• Blog & Article Management System for ongoing content updates.

Ideal Candidate:
