About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of SEO, including technical, on-page, off-page, local, and national strategies. You will be responsible for improving our clients' organic search visibility, driving targeted traffic to their websites, and ultimately contributing to their business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of SEO. Experience with Webflow is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Technical SEO:
Implement, manage, and troubleshoot advanced Google Tag
Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) tracking, including custom events, e-commerce tracking, and cross-domain tracking.
Perform in-depth technical SEO audits and resolve technical issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexation, HTTPS, and security.
Implement and manage schema markup to enhance search visibility.
On-Page SEO:
Conduct thorough keyword research and identify opportunities to improve rankings for relevant keywords.
Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, body copy, and images.
Develop and implement a strategic internal linking structure.
Off-Page SEO:
Develop and execute a comprehensive backlink-building strategy using ethical and sustainable techniques.
Analyze referral traffic sources and identify opportunities to increase relevant traffic.
Monitor social media signals and leverage social platforms to amplify content reach.
Local and National SEO:
Create, verify, and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles for our clients.
Build and manage local citations to ensure NAP consistency.
Develop and execute local and national SEO strategies to target specific geographic areas.
Reporting and Analysis:
Create detailed monthly reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and backlink profiles.
Analyze SEO data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Communication and Strategy:
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure
SEO best practices are integrated into the Webflow development process.
Clearly communicate SEO strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, and national SEO.
Advanced proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4).
Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Familiarity with website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console).
Strong understanding of schema markup and its implementation.
Proven experience in building high-quality backlinks.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
Understanding of SEO content goals and strategies.
Experience working with Webflow is highly preferred.
Experience working in a web design or digital marketing agency is a plus.
