• Webflow Pro: Expert-level knowledge in Webflow, including complex interactions, responsive design, and best practices.

• Finsweet/Client-First Framework: Must be familiar with Finsweet’s Client-First approach for clean, scalable builds.

• Pixel-Perfect Execution: We design everything in Figma. You should be able to translate those designs into Webflow flawlessly—no excuses.

• SEO & Optimization: Basic on-page SEO knowledge is a must. You should know how to make pages load fast and keep them search-engine-friendly.

• Zapier Knowledge (Bonus): If you can set up simple automations, that’s a plus.

• Responsiveness & Communication: Quick replies, clear updates, and the ability to jump on calls as needed.

• Availability: Full-time or part-time, but must be reliable for the long term.

• Develop new Webflow projects from scratch using Finsweet’s Client-First methodology.

• Convert Figma designs into Webflow sites accurately—no “almost, kind of, close enough” allowed.

• Ensure sites are SEO-optimized, responsive on all devices, and super fast.

• Collaborate with our team, providing updates and solutions when challenges arise.

• Occasionally integrate or automate tasks via Zapier (if you have those skills).
