This is not a basic web design role—we want someone who can craft visually striking, interactive layouts that feel dynamic and storytelling-driven. Think bold typography, motion, and immersive design.

Your Role:

✅ Design interactive, Webflow-ready websites with a modern aesthetic

✅ Craft engaging user experiences (micro-interactions, scroll effects, storytelling)

✅ Develop wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs that feel fresh and unique

✅ Work closely with our developer to ensure smooth handoff

✅ Push creative boundaries while keeping usability top of mind

Who You Are:

• Expert in Webflow-first UX/UI design (you know how to design for interactions)

• Creative + conceptual—you don’t just “make things pretty,” you craft experiences

• Highly skilled in typography, layout, and motion-based web design

• Comfortable designing immersive, storytelling-based websites

• Proficient in Figma, Webflow, and interactive design principles

• Workload: As-needed, project-based. Some weeks will be heavy, others light.
