BM Ventures is launching a high-end apartment booking platform and we are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with strong API experience to build a fully automated, luxury website.

The site should be at least on the level of Adina Hotels (adinahotels.com)and ideally match the seamless, premium experience of Sonder (sonder.com).

Scope of Work

1️⃣ Webflow Development & UX/UI:

• High-end, modern, and intuitive design.

• Fully responsive, mobile-optimized, and SEO-friendly.

• Multi-language support.

2️⃣ Booking & Payment Integration (OtaSync API):

• Direct bookings via OtaSync API or iFrame integration.

• Synchronization with Airbnb & Booking.com.

• Multiple payment options: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, Credit Card.

• Promo code functionality for guest discounts.

3️⃣ AI Chatbot & Automation:

• AI chatbot for guest inquiries (WhatsApp & Website).

• Ability to upsell additional services (parking, breakfast).

• Live agent handover for complex requests.

4️⃣ Self Check-in & Guest Portal (ChargeAutomation)

• ID verification & digital key access for self-check-in.

• Automated guest communication (pre-arrival, check-out emails).

• User dashboard to view bookings, invoices & manage discount codes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience with Webflow & API integrations (OtaSync, ChargeAutomation, AI Chatbot).

• Previous projects in hotel/apartment booking websites.

• UX/UI expertise to create a seamless guest experience.
