Lead Generation Specialist (Commission-Based)
We are Binary Flow, a Webflow web development and marketing agency passionate about delivering cutting-edge websites and impactful marketing solutions. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist to help us scale to new heights.
This role is 100% commission-based, offering 15% of the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for every lead you convert into a client. With no cap on earnings, your potential is directly tied to your performance. Our projects start at ~4000 EUR a month
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients in need of Webflow development and marketing services.
Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, and more.
Effectively communicate our value proposition and services to prospective clients.
Set up and manage discovery calls with qualified leads.
Track and report results using HubSpot
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation or sales development, ideally within the tech or marketing industry.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach to sales.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by commissions.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
