PROJECT OBJECTIVE

To implement a fully functional, responsive, and visually appealing website in Webflow, based on finalized design sketches provided by our team.

SCOPE OF WORK

A. Website Implementation in Webflow

•Build the website in Webflow based on available designs, ensuring a pixel-perfect translation

• Leverage Webflow's CMS and tools to create a fully functional, responsive website

B. Responsive Design

• Ensure the website is fully responsive and displays correctly on all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile) and different browsers

• Optimize layout and typography for different screen sizes in line with the designs

C. Dynamic Content & CMS Integration

• Use Webflow's CMS features to implement dynamic content for specific sections of the website (e.g. news)

• Set-up CMS collections as needed for easy content updates by non-technical team members

D. Animations and Interactivity

• Implement animations and interactive elements using Webflow’s native tools, based on design specifications.

• Ensure smooth transitions, hover effects, and scroll interactions where required.

E. SEO Setup and Performance Optimization

• Set up basic on-page SEO (e.g. meta tags)

• Optimize images and assets to ensure fast load times.

• Ensure implementation of redirect from old website

F. Testing and Debugging

• Conduct thorough testing within Webflow to ensure compatibility across major browsers and devices

• Identify and fix any inconsistencies or bugs

G. Deployment in alignment with the team (once implementation is approved)

• Prepare the website for launch using Webflow’s hosting services

H. Handover

• Joint review of the implemented website’s structure and CMS collections.

• Deliver any information required for managing and updating content in Webflow.

DELIVERABLES

• Fully implemented Webflow website matching the final design

• Configured CMS collections for dynamic content

TIMELINE

The project is expected to be completed until January 12th, 2025, starting asap. No further specific milestones and deadlines are agreed. Communication will be continuous for any implementation-related questions.
