I am looking for an experienced developer to guide me through setting up and optimizing Buildship nodes for the back-end integration of Booqable APIs with my Webflow website. The goal is to enable me to fully understand the process, so I can manage and build similar workflows for my business in the future.

This will be a 1:1 guided implementation project. You will act as an advisor during live sessions, walking me through the setup and helping form a robust and scalable system. I will execute all tasks on my end with your support. The sessions can be broken into shorter or longer durations based on your availability and the project’s needs.

Key Deliverables:

• Guide the setup of Buildship nodes for making API calls to Booqable, including:

• Creating and managing orders using the /orders endpoint

• Adding specific products to orders using the /orders/[order_id]/lines endpoint

• Help dynamically capture and map data from Webflow form submissions into the API calls

• Assist in extracting and using response data (e.g., order IDs) for subsequent API requests

• Troubleshoot and optimize the workflow for efficiency and accuracy

• Provide recommendations for best practices to ensure the system is scalable and future-proof

• Flexible session times based on tasks and your availability

• All tasks will be completed by me during live sessions, where you guide and advise via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar

• The project goal is for me to learn and gain confidence in setting up Buildship workflows with APIs

• I aim to have the system fully operational as soon as possible, but the timeline can be adjusted based on mutual availability

• Strong understanding of APIs and experience with setting up workflows using tools like Buildship

• Familiarity with Webflow back-end workflows and dynamic form data handling

• Experience with Booqable APIs is a strong plus

• Patience and clear communication to guide me through the setup process step-by-step
