Overview:

I need quick help with the project below. If this project goes well, I will need help with a my own website (already live in webflow) immediately following this project.

Here's the background on the situation:

• I've been asked to create a new website for one of my clients.

• I don't have time to do the work (and I'm not very good!) so I need a freelancer to do the work a contractor working for my company to complete this work under my direction for our client.

• this is a website replacement

• the current site is in wordpress

• a wordpress designer was hired by my client to create a new wordpress site, but it's not going well.

• the client asked me to take this project over.

• they don't care if the final site is in webflow or wordpress, but I'm a big webflow fan so we're going that route. However, if you have experience in wordpress, that's a plus.

• I have a high level site map that I'm creating in Relume now.

Here's the scope of your work:

1. assist in finalizing the site map in Relume, using the existing wordpress draft site created by the other contractor to help fill in the initial content for each page

2. convert the sitemap to a wireframe in Relume

3. create a style guide in Relume using their recently released style guide creator that's in beta now.

4. import the wireframe and style guide into figma

5. work with me to finalize the design (I'm good, not great, working in figma, relume, and webflow so we will tag team on this)

6. create a new site in webflow using the figma to webflow plugin.

Very important:

• We must start today (March 26, 2025) as early as possible US east coast time.

• I know this is last minute and there are things to discuss so the best approach is to just jump in and get started using an hourly rate.

• It's critical that we get a first pass of a new home screen done this morning so we can show how much better their site could be. Please understand that I already have a draft of this complete in figma so if you're very experienced in Relume / Figma / Webflow, re-creating the home page using Relume the correct way and taking it all the way through the steps shouldn't take more than a couple of hours after we have an hour or so kick off session. Then we'll go from there on the rest of the pages.

If you're open to jumping in and trying to figure this out with me, I'll pay you for your time for a few hours and if it's not going well or you don't think you can help, no problem. I think once we get started (assuming you have a lot of Relume experience) that we'll make a lot of progress fast.
