I am looking for someone to create a Next.js version of a site currently in Webflow. There are 6 pages to create:

3. ubenai.com/pricing

4. ubenai.com/faq

5. ubenai.com/contact

6. ubenai.com/terms/eula (or ubenai.com/terms/privacy). This is the same page with different content/text.

The content is static, and the deliverable is a Typescript Next.js repo with a pixel-perfect representation of that site.

It is important that the existing animations and breakpoints for mobile vs desktop get ported to the Next.js code.
