Advanced Animation Developer

We are looking for an experienced Webflow developer with a strong command of GSAP or Motion.js to bring a high-end, fully designed one-page landing site to life.

This is not a standard build — complex animations and smooth interactions are central to the experience, and we have already curated animation references from top Webflow websites to clearly communicate expectations.

✅ What’s ready:

All designs are 100% complete (Figma ready assets)

All content is finalized

Each animation has a reference/example site to follow, all built on Webflow

Clear documentation and breakdown of sections and animations

🔧 Scope of Work:

Build the site in Webflow, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy to the design

Integrate GSAP or Motion.js for smooth, performant animations

Ensure responsiveness and optimal performance across all major devices and browsers

Implement subtle micro-interactions, scroll animations, and reveal effects as shown in the animation examples

Collaborate directly with the project owner for quick feedback loops

Final testing and handover

⚙️ Tech Requirements:

Advanced Webflow skills – especially working with Webflow CMS, custom code embeds, and advanced layout structure

Deep experience with GSAP or Motion.js – and understanding performance tradeoffs

Strong grasp of JavaScript, custom code blocks, and Webflow’s limitations/workarounds

Ability to optimize for mobile/tablet responsiveness and speed

Understanding of scroll-based animations, Lottie files, pinning, reveals, and section transitions

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

You’ve built high-end, interactive Webflow sites with complex animation layers

You can write custom JavaScript where needed without relying on plugins

You pay attention to motion timing, UX consistency, and fluidity

You’re reliable, communicative, and work with precision and care

You’re proactive with problem-solving and suggesting improvements

⏳ Timeline:

We’d like to begin immediately

Estimated build time: 1.5 to 2 weeks
